  Fabrication of Ultra-fine Powder by Ultrasonic Spray Drying   Spray drying is a systematic technology applied to material drying. After atomizing the solution or suspension of raw material, the moisture vaporizes rapidly in contact with hot air and dry products are achieved. This method can directly dry the solution and suspension into powder or granular products, eliminating evaporation, crushing and other processes, so it is also called spray granulation. Using ultrasonic atomization technology, the suspension can be uniformly atomized into micron or submicron aerosol droplets, and the atomized droplets can be sent to the high temperature chamber for drying by carrier gas. Ultrasonic spray drying can produce more uniform, smaller and powder particles with better morphology than traditional spray drying (centrifugal sprayer or air sprayer).
